In this seminar, Beth Taubner of Mercurylab will begin by discussing the underpinnings of brand creation and definition,
and the emotional basis of all successful brands. She will use real-world examples to show a variety of ways in which
brands effectively communicate their brands through words, using vehicles such as email, website writing, advertising,
treatments, artists statements, news items and bios. The ability to communicate through language provides the opportunities
for artists to succinctly and clearly evoke their brand attributes and capabilities, and to communicate more effectively and
strategically for greater clarity and success.
